We will only use your personal information necessary for us to provide our services to you. We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than is required for the provision of our products or services.

Lanka Yoga collects and stores any information provided by the user on the Eversports platform ("Eversports"), which is transmitted to Lanka Yoga as part of an online booking or the client provides Lanka Yoga in any other way, for example on-site , Lanka Yoga uses personal data of the user to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the consent of the user. Storage

We store your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. By default, Studio Lanka Yoga profiles, including the profile information provided by the user in case of inactivity and without a valid product (eg block of 10, subscription, etc.) will be deleted 3 years after the last booking.

Data that is on an invoice or that is required for billing purposes are stored longer due to the legal retention period. After expiration of the retention period, this data will also be deleted.

Data Security

Personal data are stored for reasons of data security in a closed system (Eversports) and with a password.

Eversports is an order processor for Lanka Yoga and has taken appropriate measures to ensure data security (see: https://www.eversports.at/h/security).

If Lanka Yoga becomes aware that the user's data has been systematically and seriously unlawfully used and threatens to harm the user, Lanka Yoga will inform the user immediately.
