When I was introduced to Tantra (Traditional Hatha Yoga), it immediately resonated with me.  

 

As I enthusiastically dived into its teachings, into this tradition, I was amazed at how my life began to change. How I began to change. I could feel the transformation taking place within my consciousness. I became less reactive, less driven by egotistical desires, and more connected to my heart's desire, more interested in moving towards things, people and places that inspired and excited me to grow, to love deeply and be truly happy.  

Simply, I became better at life.

 

I am very much interested on how to use yogic tools to make my own life and that of my students better. Therefore, in my classes, I aim to bring forward both the physical and the philosophical aspects of yoga, touching all the different layers of the human system; physical, mental and spiritual. 

 

My classes are sequenced with specific asana and breath ratios to facilitate change that translates into living a more balanced, joyful and more fulfilling life. 

 

You can expect dynamic movement, longer holds and a lot of focus on breathwork.

Thursday:

09:00 - 10:00    Private Class

12:15 - 13:15    Lunch Time Class

Saturday:

10:00 - 11:15.  Weekend Reset   

Sunday (every first Sunday of the month)
